History: Born in the west to a Apothecary, Hupe learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Hunter, but he was a colossal failure. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. A gifted student she started as a Farmer, but she got bored and became a Tanner. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 10 years.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing writing.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it
