He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born into a rich family. Kelter was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Kelter decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He's also a talented Mason, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: Standing 3'5", this man wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His black hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has taken up work as a Crown-heir and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new crown-heir responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and expand her business

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and to end her boredom

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with dancing. She constantly tries to fill her life with dancing. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She was born in the north. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the north were limited. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
