History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Jarsali abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero.
