History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and to reunite with his old friends
