Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She has all her life been fascinated with music.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents were killed by illithids in a raid when she was still a young child. The illithids captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Kali was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it.

He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
