History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Laborer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Interpreter. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Heward was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortspear.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. A freak accident while working with her Bookbinder father left her crippled. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.
