History: Born in the west to a Locksmith, Mordai learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a Locksmith soon after.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Antrara was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She's also a talented Courier, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
