History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a worn and beaten armor. His tied-back hair is red. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Knight kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: This man wears silk and lounges about seductively, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He has black hair. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Detective. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He got into the Detective business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Detective. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Detective responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Marbas embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Marbas was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. After a long history of fighting, Marbas and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she is generally shirtless and showing off her tattooed chest. Her hair is brown and curly. Her violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes giants are coming to abduct people. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She bought a flail and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Many giants want her driven away; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother
