History: Dean was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Recently the stress of being a Beggar has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. Paelias enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Paelias alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Through the years after Vassago was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Vassago's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Vassago and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Banker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
