Description: With white face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and tan, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His head has been shaved. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. Korfel is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

She wears a feathered hat to cover her moderate length auburn hair. Her green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Marigold alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and revenge

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. She wears tattered old clothes. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her childhood dream was to be a Carter, but she was a colossal failure. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Gifted from a young age, Veit studied abroad. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Veit alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls.
