History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Gnomish companion (her 'brother'). She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: 3'9" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She usually wears her grey robe and has her longsword always slung over her shoulder. She has wavy auburn hair. Her blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Dwarven culture. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Faran's homeland. Faran decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she has decided she is irredeemable
