Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he tends to wear a black poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Lûga is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
