Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: Engong was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to her family’s name. History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south.
