History: Lance hails from a village terrorized by goblins. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a green coat. His rusty crest is long and unkept. His gold eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Direcris alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Uraim fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
