History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Cressel grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Cressel. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
