Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a tight fitting black shirt and pants. His crest is bronze and curly. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Bookbinder born in the past three hundred years. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Arjhan has worked very hard to control his curse. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bookbinder.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears silk and lounges about seductively. She keeps her golden hair in a pixie cut. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dwarven companion (her 'brother'). She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature lance.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a brown collared shirt and tan pants. He accessorizes with a violet scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His golden hair is unkempt and raggedy. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Gnome, and stands approximately 3'3". She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination, and her gloved hand is found clutching a longsword. Her hair is auburn and curly. Her eyes are violet and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her writing with anyone who is interested.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Numba's homeland. Numba decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Healer they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Slave Trader, and she later adopted a second daughter.
