History: Born in the north to a Carter, Leaf learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She tends to her Carter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Carter and was forced into it by her family; and balancing her hectic life and new carter responsibilities is difficult
