History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ûkbûk was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Shifting is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

He keeps his auburn hair in a flapper bob. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He uses divination through singing.

History: Theriatis was born with his mother's beautiful face. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Theriatis never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: Born in the north to a Bookbinder, Nimble learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and balancing his hectic life and new bookbinder responsibilities is difficult

After a long history of fighting, Sybil and her spouse have recently divorced.
