History: Quick was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Quick was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and a rival would like her out of the picture

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: She wants revenge against illithids; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
