History: Gifted from a young age, Valorean studied abroad. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Valorean fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Shaká was born with his mother's beautiful face. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and balancing his hectic life and new ruler responsibilities is difficult

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A gifted student he started as a Beggar, but he got bored and became a Butcher. He has worked as a Butcher like his mother before him.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Personality: Thava is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Thava grew up listening to her mother's many stories. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is her passion
