History: Gifted from a young age, Efferil studied abroad. His childhood dream was to be a Dilettante, but he was a colossal failure. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: Bilbron hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
