Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. After coming to the age of reason, Ielenia took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
