History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Andraste's homeland. Andraste decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: She was born in the east. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
