History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the west were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: An older woman who is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time, she is not a threatening figure. Her hair is white, silky, and of moderate length. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are green.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: The child of a Map Maker, who enjoyed hunting, Rosamund was taken on many hunting expeditions. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Rosamund took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor she uses now. After a long history of fighting, Rosamund and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
