History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His childhood dream was to be a Body Guard, but he was a colossal failure. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
