She wears a deerstalker hat to cover her moderate length chestnut hair. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her brown eyes.

Personality: Veloptima is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Veloptima lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. A freak accident while working with his Mercenary mother left him crippled. He struck the Interpreter job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Description: He is a mite stocky and is renowned for his bright white suits and hats. His tied-back hair is black. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Detective. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and balancing his hectic life and new detective responsibilities is difficult

Description: This man stands a little under 3'8" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his greataxe with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He wears his red hair down. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Paggen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gifted student he started as a Spice Merchant, but he got bored and became a Map Maker. He struck the Map Maker job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
