Description: He is in excellent shape and wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His long auburn hair reaches down to his waist. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a black coat. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His chestnut hair is knotted and matted. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Xappan was born with his mother's beautiful face. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After a long history of fighting, Xappan and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are amber.
Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Beggar arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Description: This late middle aged woman tends to wear a yellow poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt and is in decent physical shape. Her hair is red, silky, and of moderate length. She has a dull look in her amber eyes.
Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Millicent took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up trident and armor she uses now. She's also a talented Tailor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she is greedy

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She very much looks the part of a Barkeep. Her bronze crest is lengthy. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Barkeep. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk.
