History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When Cecily reached her early adolescence her Half-Elf father passed away. History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Ilanis lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
