Description: A moderately attractive man, he is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Painter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nurkara grew up listening to her father's many stories. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He wears dull yellow sweaters, loose grey pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed trident, just in case. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His black hair is cut short. He has a dull look in his brown eyes.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears silk and lounges about seductively. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Her fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.
