History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Through the years after Frederick was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Frederick's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: This fat southern woman has a bulbous nose and tends to wear a large yellow jacket. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her hair is white and curly. Her gray eyes peer out from beneath her deerstalker yellow hat.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. A true patriot, Rohesia would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born in the south to a Laborer, Rohesia learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Engraver. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears a tan tunic with brown highlights, and long grey pants that bunch up around her shoes. Her long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Siffress is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is a great chef.

History: Siffress lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She tends to her Layabout job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Lia's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Locksmith work with an outfit from a few towns over. Locksmith work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
