History: The child of a Hunter, who enjoyed hunting, Roywyn was taken on many hunting expeditions. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Laborer responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Detective. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Description: He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He is portly but not overly obese. Sporting a white mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: An older man who wears black trousers with blue and grey striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts, he is not a threatening figure. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy golden hair. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: Born in the west to a Fortune-teller, Skak learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Fortune-teller and found it very stressful. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and someone believes him a fraud
