Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Susannah fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In her 13th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To protect her home; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with small hat. His red hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new bookbinder responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Târz is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He takes great joy in being the best Jeweler in town.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Târz was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Jeweler. He became a Jeweler soon after.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and regain custody of his daughter
