History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Cora embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was taken from her home at a very young age. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. She wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover her moderate length brown hair. Her eyes are a pleasant violet.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mardnab fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She takes great joy in being the best Spice Merchant in town.

History: Shava was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and retire the richest woman in the east

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down, marred by teas. Her black hair is still thick. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scimitar.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes
