History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Aura was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gifted student he started as a Scribe, but he got bored and became a Slave Trader. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Slave Trader for hire.

History: Born in the east to a Banker, Oolah learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Banker. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: She got into the Healer business at a young age. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Healer. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
