History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Layabout arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
