Description: She wears dull tan sweaters, loose grey pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed sai, just in case. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. She keeps her long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. The war was a terrible time for her, and Meriele does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Tanner arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Tanner. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during, and is pretty ugly. His silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Performer. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His blue crest is unkempt and raggedy. His gold unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Mugrunden was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and many drow want him driven away

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She has all her life been fascinated with painting.

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. A gifted student she started as a Spy, but she got bored and became a Barber. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Barber for the past few years.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Barber and was forced into it by her family; and an old rival family wants her found
