History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Glassblower. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Marigold alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has achieved small success as a Layabout.
