Description: With grey face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He sports a flattop hair cut. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Lorm hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has taken up work as a Barkeep and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: She is a small woman, but exceptionally fit. She wears dull tan sweaters, loose red pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed trident, just in case. Her silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her hazel eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: He very much looks the part of a Jeweler. He has dyed his greying white fur a little too much giving a sharp white color. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. At a young age his father died while driving off some dire rats. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in longsword use. He has achieved small success as a Jeweler.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and to be a ruler again

Description: This late middle aged man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it and is in decent physical shape. He wears his white hair up. His blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is mildly Dwarf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and a strong sense of loyalty to halfling people

Description: 6'0" and muscular, this southern woman wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame. Her hair, while still mostly dark red, has prominent grey streaks. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Makaria is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Makaria was born with her mother's beautiful face. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Sailor and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Sailor responsibilities is difficult; and to reunite with her old friends
