History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Gerald never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. This blue eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Mardnab was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Mardnab's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mardnab fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability.
