History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Peter grew up listening to his father's many stories. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Farmer responsibilities is difficult; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Masseuse profession.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Hubert was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Detective. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Detective.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: Born in the south to a Slave Trader, Morkral learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has achieved small success as a Slave Trader.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: The child of a Butcher, who enjoyed hunting, Valida was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

She wears her chestnut hair up in a very large beehive style do. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
