History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. At a young age her father died while driving off some giants. Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in morningstar use. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Cloud was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the giants.

History: He was born in the north. Through the years after Gale was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north.
