History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. A freak accident while working with his Dilettante father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Portia was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. During her travels, Portia and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Portia discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Portia fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has worked as a Bather like her father before her.

Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
