History: She was born in a small forest village. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Kadana took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up flail and armor she uses now. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: Charles was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Marshal. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and revenge
