Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Painter profession.

History: She got into the Body Guard business at a young age. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Valida was born on a far western desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Ploughman. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
