Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a brown tunic with violet highlights, and long black pants that bunch up around his shoes. His brown fur is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes goblins are coming to abduct people. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. At some point he was captured by goblins and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying west to reunite her family. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Many dire rats want her driven away; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it

History: The child of a Soapmaker, who enjoyed hunting, Zagga was taken on many hunting expeditions. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 13 years.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
