History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ploughman. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

Motivation: He is greedy; and sabotage a competitor

History: Volen hails from a village terrorized by goblins. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She struck the Merchant job and began her own company from there.

She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
