History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Knight and was forced into it by his family; and to reunite with his absent father

Description: She wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'1" when asserting herself. She has done her best to style her blue hair to look like a famous performer. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Shadow enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Shadow has worked very hard to control her curse. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
