History: Qualen was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Soapmaker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Soapmaker for hire.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. After coming to the age of reason, Mara took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Ida liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
