History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Stableman mother left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Eleanor was born the youngest of three triplets. Her childhood dream was to be a Servant, but she was a colossal failure. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
