History: He was born at the edge of vast island. His first spouse was a Mayor, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
